CommerceTI trainers design and deliver training courses tailored around the web and software applications that we develop for our customers. Training ensures that our customers have the skills and knowledge necessary to get the benefit out of the applications that have been implemented on their behalf.
The Rapid Development Framework model adopted by the majority of customers includes two major training components:
- User Guide – the main functions of the application are described from a user’s perspective.
- User Training – usually delivered by phone, but also onsite if requested, user training provides CommerceTI’s customer’s with a hands-on training experience where they are not only told how the application works but also have the opportunity to experience under the trainers direction, actually doing the things that they are being taught. Hands-on user’s training significantly increase the rate of adoption for the technology as well as enhances our customer’s understanding of what they have available to them.
